Emphasis will include bird identification, binocular use, and available resources such as books and apps that will help get you started exploring and finding our many local and migratory birds.

Bea & Jim Harrison are life-long birders and environmentalists. Both share their bountiful knowledge and skills with Audubon as active members of the Spokane Audubon Board, Save-a-Bird team, and with our field trip and education committees.
They have worked for Washington State Parks, the Nature Conservancy, and the Department of Natural Resources. They currently live near Cheney, Washington.
