Leader: Lindell Haggin
Trip Description: We will walk approximately 3 miles on trails that include a north-facing slope with Douglas fir, a riparian area along the Little Spokane River, and a south-facing slope with Ponderosa pines. There are some hills, which include a 200 ft. drop from the trailhead to the river valley. The switchbacks are fairly gentle, and the trial is generally wide and smooth. All levels of birders are welcome.
What to Bring: Bring binoculars and water. If you want to bring a scope, you can, but there are not many long views. Dress in layers as the weather could be about anything this time of year.

Register: No later than October 27th.
